Spectator accommodation

Spectators are welcome to stay near the site at one of our partner hotels.

  • Spectators can get a preferential rate at the Holiday Inn located right next to the Venue (£65.50 / night per person in a double person room) if they email reservations@higuildford.co.uk and use reference 5916976.

  • Spectators can get 15% off their booking using this link: Surrey Sports Club Bed and breakfast Rate (£73.50 / night per person in a double person room, but may increase depending on demand).

These rooms are first come first serve!

We are exploring options for camping accommodation near the venue.

There are a number of other hotels and Air BnBs in Guildford that spectators can stay in during the duration of the event at an affordable rate.

Due to the scale of the event and its increasing popularity, it is simply not possible to accommodate all spectators in the player accommodation (we would need 1000+ rooms!). Large World Championship events are great for the local economy where they are hosted and we encourage spectators and those staying in Guildford to explore the town during their stay.

We will be providing a spectator information pack within each spectator programme to help you find your way around!

Please remember that all spectators will be required to purchase tickets to the event to cover the cost of the event programme and a small Charity donation. This will help us keep track of who is on site on any given day and further legitimises the sport of roundnet!

Catering

Organised catering (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) is only available for players and support staff staying on site at the Surrey Sports Park Venue. But don’t worry! There will be plenty of food trucks, things to do and see in our Fan Zone and plenty of great places to eat in Guildford. That will all be in your programme!
